The Kingdom of Novoselic is a country south of Poland, tucked in between several small mountain ranges. it's an EXTREMELY wealthy country, and one of the last remaining Absolute Monarchies in Europe. their main exports include military equipment, wine, chocolates, and oil.
Sonia Adeline Nevermind is the 34th heir to the throne, following her father, Tedrick Uli Nevermind. the majority of novoselic's citizens believe Sonia is the key to protecting the country and guiding it through an uncertain future where monarchies are quickly becoming obsolete, with a small amount of citizens advocating the end of the monarchy and calling for the Nevermind family to be removed from power.
Sonia attending HPA was quite a hard choice for the family. After all, they would be sending their heir to the throne away for three years, to a foreign land where they hold no jurisdiction. The life of a royal is planned MONTHS in advance, which made a sudden relocation of the princess difficult. Sonia did not attend HPA until one month in the first semester due to this. She often travels home to handle business, but tries to spend most of her time living her chance to be "normal" for once, and possibly the only time in her life. Because of this situation, however, there is usually one or two bodyguards near her at all times, at least 50 ft away.
sonia is not super into the occult. while she finds some of its aspects interesting, she's not super obsessed with various media while she is fluent in japanese, she does forget words from time to time. she speaks slowly, as she is translating in her head as she speaks. she also swears in polish a lot.sonia is bisexual, but very much in the closet. as the one sort of responsible for giving an heir to the throne, she really doesn't want to cause troublefor sonia, she is a princess before she is a person. she puts her country before anything else.she has a high alcohol tolerance.her mother is swedish and her father is polish. sonia takes after her mother.sonia has one younger sibling: Lukas.
